Story of Red - Past Work 2010

Still playing with brass wires - and this is my first attempt to use combination of two wires.
This was meant to be roses - should anyone failed to see it, LOL. I know I did! I wanted to make a rose like what Borneo Queen did, but I did not have the money to buy the tutorials. So this was a honest attempt to copy the technique and it failed successfully.

But there is a sentiment about this rose, I don't know why. Perhaps I will make another attempt for this (I already made three, four attempts and they always came out wrong - and yes this time I have the tutorial). What I know is that this rose consumes a lot of wires and perhaps that is what holding me back. I will try to move more freely next time
